  13. What you need to do is exactly that.. spend some nights with a sorority
  14. girl (or several of them). You'll be a much more well-rounded person,
  15. which in my opinion, is the single most important employee characteristic.

  17. When we interview people we look for this.  I don't care if he graduated
  18. from Berkeley with a 4.0 and turned away ILM for $100k a year.  If he
  19. spent his whole life in front of a computer and has no other interests or
  20. talent or life, we don't want him.. not for $20k a year, not for
  21. ANYTHING!!

  34. Well, Jeff, as they say, that's the "biz".  It's a tough one.  If you
  35. can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.. and all of those other
  36. phrases.  The entertainment biz can be brutal.. _is_ more brutal than
  37. anything.  If you want to make it, you've gotta pay the dues and roll with
  38. the punches.
